Flair over Muta, Muta wasn't THAT big in WCW, and Flair held the books, so yeah...

Scott Steiner over the future Stone Cold. WCW didn't know what to do with Austin. Who knows what he and Pillman could've accomplished earlier in life if it weren't for the Turner Machine.

Kevin Nash over Rey-Rey: Rey was over with WCW, but Nash may have been one of the hottest commodities in the Monday Night Wars. People loved the Outsiders...plus...Nash had the books haha.

Vader over TA: I honestly don't even REMEMBER Magnum in WCW, that says a lot.

Savage over the Juice: Although he was an nWo tag-along, Savage was somebody in WCW, and Juvi wasn't.

Scott Hall over Barry Windham: How do you know your career has no direction? When you find yourself teaming with Dustin Rhodes in the New Blackjacks. Barry may have been the better wrestler, but Da Bad Guy was over.

Double J over Arn Anderson: It really depends on which era of Jarrett you're speaking of. In the dying days of WCW, he was truly the king of the mountain. Arn isn't shy about putting someone worthy of being put over over

Hulk Hogan over Ron Simmons: This was actually tough. There was a time when Simmons was actually a commodity, but it's Hogan so you know who draws the biggest pull backstage, and with the crowd no less

Sting over STEVEN Regal: I know he ended up being a man's man, but Regal was a talented jobber in WCW as far as I'm concerned, and Sting was the second biggest face draw in the business.

Rick Rude over Dustin Rhodes: Blackjacks, Barry Windham, Dustin Rhodes was nothing until the Goldust gimmick.

Steamboat over Hart: Hart was HORRIBLY misused in WCW, and this is coming from a fairly anti-Bret guy. Ricky Blood (Which is Steamboats real name, and in my opinion, a much cooler moniker) was a big upper midcard draw.

Dusty over Tully: You might as well call Tully "The Other Horseman"

The Giant over Luger: This was a toughy, both held a prodominant role in WCW, but Luger's push in WWE was much bigger than the one he received in WCW, and Paul Wight came into the promotion pinning Hogan for the world title, that should tell you that they had invested a lot into the Giant character

DDP over Chris Jericho: WCW bookers were retarded, because Jericho was CLEARLY over, but they misused the Ayatollah of Rock and Rollah criminally. The man was so over he got pop with a WWE audience UPON DEBUT! DDP's gimmick was a favorite of mine though. The Diamond Cutter was made a dangerous move, and a big deal. I have to admit, WCW's hype machine really built up the simple cutter maneuver.

Booker T over Dean Malenko: In any and all stations of either man's career, Booker T's the more over man. Sorry Ice Man.

Goldberg over Sid: Billy G was WCW's meal ticket. I see this match going maybe 10 minutes, which is fairly long for a Goldberg match. Sid was a threat in WCW, but nowhere near as big of a deal as Goldberg.

Flair - Leader of the Four Horsemen and multiple time world champion.

Steiner - Multiple time tag champion. Brought the "Frankensteiner" to the U.S.

Nash - Co-leader of the most successful heel stable in wrestling history.

Vader - World Champion. Magnum's career was cut short by the car wreck.

Savage - Juvie didn't really accomplish anything.

Windham - Tag champ, U.S. Champ, member of the Horsemen.

Anderson - Tag champ many times, the "Enforcer" of the Four Horsemen.

Simmons - first black world champion in wrestling history.

Sting - no explanation needed. Sting WAS WCW.

Rude - Rhodes didn't really accomplish anything (he was just getting started).

Steamboat - World champion, tag champion, legendary marathon matches with Flair.

Rhodes - World champion. Legendary feuds with the Four Horseman, Terry Funk, and Kevin Sullivan.

Luger - The prototype of the "bodybuilder" wrestler. U.S. champion, member of the Four Horsemen.

DDP - World Champion, made the "Diamond Cutter" famous, Kimberly Page (mmmMMM).

Booker T - Multiple time tag champion, awesome feud vs Chris Benoit over the TV title.

Goldberg - World champion, "unbeaten streak", billed as indestructible.
