It sounds up high which makes me think it may be related to my spring. I know the bearing needs to be replaced but don't think this is causing the noise. I had Goodyear check it out but they couldn't find the noise. It appeared after a routine brake check.

check your front stabalizer bushings, if they go bad you will get a clunk when you hit a bump.

Jack the car up and open the hood and take everything to can get your hand on and wiggle it. See if you can find anything loose.And if you do find anything you will recognize the noise you are hearing. The people at Goodyear probably didn't really take the time to find it.

It could be low on blinker fluid.
