I had my last cycle about 3 weeks ago. now i have been feeling a little pain in my abdomen and i had some spotting. and i have been feeling sick for a couple of days now. are these early pregnancy signs? and how long after conception do you have to wait to take an pregnancy test,

My LMP was May 2, 2007 and I most likely conceived May 16, 2007. I got a positive result June 7, 2007...best of luck! That's 3 wks & 1 day by the way after conception and 5 wks &1 day after my missed period...was supposed to come again May 30, 2007 but never did =]

My friend had her last cycle 3 weeks ago, had sex on 9/15, took a test on 9/25 and got a positive result, so you can test now and you might get a positive result, by the way she used ClearBlue Digital. Good luck.

Usually about two to three weeks after conception is a good time to test for the best and most accurate results.
