There's no doubt about it, Rush played what he said, and what democrats are saying he said. They're doing this on the floor of congress.

Harry could bypass away this u . s . and by no skill comeback.he's the poorest occasion of U.S. citizenship there is,no longer to show him being a senator. To have him pointing a finger at all people is so outrageous. If I have been him or any of his co -horts i does no longer get to on the brink of the returning Heroes we've combating for us.He might unlike what they could do to him, many believe he's the Phony senator and a shame to the various Veterans in our u . s ..He and the lefts objective is easy to work out and could basically artwork to diminish the already lowest approval score for the Democrats in background.

I know I'm going to get thumbs down on this because I'm about to tell the truth. Rush Limbaugh is a drug addict. He became addicted to pain killers and instead of going into rehab, he went to numerous doctors trying to get more Oxycontin and when that didn't work, he trolled the streets for it. I am not lying; this is a matter of record. I only mention this to point out his hypocrisy. When Jerry Garcia died, Rush went on and on about how we shouldn't care about that because he was a drug addict and a loser. That is hypocrisy.

*Newsflash!* It's not smearing to quote something that Rush said and that is posted on his own website. By his own words, a 'phony soldier' is any soldier who doesn't see the war as Rush sees the war.

--RUSH: There's a lot more than that that they don't understand. The next guy that calls here I'm going to ask them, "What is the imperative of pulling out? What's in it for the United States to pull out?" I don't think they have an answer for that other than, "When's he going to bring the troops home? Keep the troops safe," whatever.
--CALLER: Yeah.
--RUSH: It's not possible intellectually to follow these people.
--CALLER: No, it's not. And what's really funny is they never talk to real soldiers. They pull these soldiers that come up out of the blue and spout to the media.
--RUSH: The phony soldiers.

LOL... You say "Who cares what Rush says? Rush has the largest audience in all media. LOTS of people care". So you go from "who cares what Rush says" to "LOTS of people care" in the span of one sentence. Yeah, right! OK, I understand how this works.... "my mind's made up, don't confuse me with the facts". You're just too funny!!

I doubt it will mean more listeners or fewer listeners. There wasn't an influx of new members for MoveOn when that broke. The MoveOn people were more resolved but no massive gain in membership. The same will be for Rush.

Got it kind of backwards don't you?I seem to remember hearing of Rush being slapped down for having LIED and smearing Micheal J. Fox..........saying that he really didn't have Parkinson's as bad as he claimed!Rush is nothing more then a paid political hack for the neo-cons!

No . . . all "talking heads" regardless of their political leaning draw upon a fixed audience of listeners. As we all know, political interest waxes and wains depending upon the impact of current events on the lives of middle Americans. Right now, the pendulum is headed back towards the middle after a hard "right" swing. This is not necessarily good news for the Limbaugh's of the world, but it is doubtful that their audience's will diminish by any substantial amount, nor will the "left" leaning media enjoy any major gains.

media isn't biased against the right... riiiiiiight... - the soldier he accused of being a 'phony' was this Jesse MacBeth loser who couldn't even make it out of boot camp before he got kicked out. i'll look to see if i can find a transcript of yesterdays show (that i was listening to) for you so you can see the exact wording.

No, he won't gain listeners. Rush's audience has already peaked.

It's really unjust for Rush to be smeared. He's such a fine fellow, he never says an unkind or untruthful word about others. (sarcasm)

They've been trying to oust him for years. They will never succeed, because America knows he's right.
