Anywhere that has the following:
Two guys moving a sheet of glass across the road.
A lady with a baby carriage.
A fruit stand (bonus points if the fruit displayed isn't even in season).
A truck full of chickens in flimsy balsa wood crates.
Neatly stacked cardboard boxes inexplicably filled with nothing but Styrofoam peanuts.
A blind man attempting to cross the street.
Homeless people wandering aimlessly with shopping carts full of empty cans. Just empty cans, nothing else.
A waiter with a tray full of pies or cakes standing ominously near a snooty, wealthy couple in expensive clothing.
Maintenance workers in an open manhole.
Train tracks.
An Overpass that is still under construction.
A Bascule bridge (either Single or Double Leaf).
And any object that would conveniently act as a ramp for a speeding car (such as a mound of dirt, or a fallen billboard).
