The best possible term for a man with many interests and varied talents and accomplishments would be a modern renaissance man or specifically a 'Neo-Renaissance Man.'
This would apply to a man or modern renaissance woman (Neo-Renaissance Woman) who strives for an equal balance between physical, emotional and intellectual well-being. Such combinations today are fairly rare but still they are around.
