Alright, all of a sudden my printer wont work! It says the spooler service isnt running,and when i uninstalled it and tryed to install it again, it said that same thing. Then it says.
There is a problem installing this hardware.

An error occured during the instalation of this device.
The RPC server is unavailable.
Help would be fantastic!!!!!!!!!

Try this...
go to Start> Control Panel (in classic veiw) > admin tools > services
in there you will find print spooler, make sure that service is set to automatically run, you can also start the service from there and if it can't run it will give you the error as to why.
Then try and reinstall it.

I looked on the web for a cure for this problem and came up with way to many web sites to list here. Just go to Google and type "RPC server is unavailable" without the quotes. I think you may find an answer there.

If the other answers don't work, and if you are using refills, switch over to the genuine original ink and never-been-used cartridge recommended by Lexmark.
I know that seems totally unrelated to your problem but it just might be the answer.
