Greetings! I'm a size 22/24 in womens figured clothes for the US and am having a difficult time trying to find a Furisode Kimono (long sleeves almost to ankles).

I do have a kimono I got at an anime convention. I believe it is a a tomesode-its black with colorful flowers and spirals and cranes and has short sleeves. The sleeves come to my right above my knees.

So, can anyone help me out?

you'd have better luck getting one made. you will not find a real one in your size, especially if you are taller than 5'6". I am that tall and I was taller than just about every Japanese Female I knew when I lived there. be prepared to pay a lot, much fabric goes into the making of them and even ready made ones for my size(8-10) ran in the thousand dollar range, and wedding ones.. in the $5k range.

Are you looking for a real Furisode kimono or costume?
I found lots of real one on Japaneses web sites but they are really expensive.
I couldn't find a ready-made kimono for your size.
However, you can buy a custom-made kimono.

Cheap one on E-bay.
How about this Furisode, the sleeve is 6cm shorter than regular one.
But length is only 162cm.

This has longer sleeves but this is for a short people.
And this kimono is fake.

If I were you, stop looking and make one.
Here is how to make a Yukata.

Maybe you can find a few old Kimono and you can make into Furisode.
I think Ykata and Furisode (all Kimono) is making same way.(just sleeves are longer.)
