Make arrangements to meet with the parents over lunch, drive, swim, or fly, but show your face otherwise you don't really mean it.
But this may be better left alone and look for love closer to home, the parents also know (being around longer), long distance relations don't last.

My situation was similar to what yours is. Let me share some insight, your girlfriend isn't all that inocent. See, if you two argued and she didn't go on and on about it to someone, her parents wouldn't care, im sure he asked her mom for a little advice and thats when her dad had the chance to step in. You see, me and my hubby had an arguement, and my grandma didn't like him because he was upsetting me alot, and my dad was about sick of hearing his name attached with a negative thing to it, so he started to do good things so that i can talk about him in a positive way! Then, my parents and grandma calmed down! So give her something to be happy about, when a girl is happy believe me the whole world knows about it!

Just be good to her and in good time you can gain their trust. Trust is something that has to be earned over time. I wish I could say that there was a quick fix but if I did I would be lying.
Good Luck with it.

there isn't much you can do; its kinda hard to gain someones trust 700 miles away; but are you willing to travel their & have dinner with the family? that would make them think that you traveled so far...& that you care about her...

Take one day at a time and try to show her parents, (visit) that you have changed, if you have.
