Ferrari is a company with a long history of engineering excellence and racing pedigree.

Spyker is just an upstart company trying to cash in on the name of a long dead marque seven and a half decades later.

They don't even have their own engine. They use an Audi.

Ferrari will be around long after this 'Spkyer' rip-off is dead and forgotten.
