there is no reason to be mean about it. If she is a true friend she would be able to take anything that you tell her so come out with it and tell her what you feel.

let her take her pics. pics are memories. treasures to some people like me. every material thing I have can be destroyed, it wont matter to me, but my pics, they must remain safe because they are memories for me and some pics cant be replaced. let her enjoy.
