i feel that he fancy her also because they seems to be together n talking about other things besides work. He's handsome n a great listener. Should I advise my friend not to take up this overseas assignment? I dont want to see anyone get hurt in future.

You shouldn't tell her not to take the assignment, but you can warn her that you feel she is getting too close to her boss, but tell her in a nice way, out of concern, not judgment.
Just tell her to be careful. I'm sure she will appreciate your concern.

It depends on how much you know about your girl friend and how long the assignment will be
No point playing with fire unless you know how to handle it in the first place
Trust between the both of you is as important as the learning process in the career development of your girlfriend

will the boss wife be company him on this overseas assignment? just reminder her what the trouble that lies with that option. that her job is more important that going with her boss. that is his wife position to acompany him on those kind of assignment and not an employee of his. then leave it up to her to make that call to go or stay. its her life and if she what she wants, then she will pay one heck of a price (& he as well, that if he have kids). you did what a friend should do, to point the danger that they cann't see. good luck..

if your friend has a job, then she must be an adult person?
her decision to go on this assignment does not belong to you. it's not your business either.
let her make her own mistakes, and don't give advice unless she asks for it. she knows what she's doing, believe me.
