Yes you can! I work in medical billing and I see it everyday. You can be covered by your spouse on their medical insurance and then you can be covered by your medical insurance and in turn, cover your spouse. It's called primary and secondary coverage. Children can be covered by multiple insurance companies as well. My son is covered by me and my ex-husband. Hope this helps :0)
