for empty recycle bin :: Right click on recycle bin then chose empty recycle bin ..
Use Shift+Delete Keys for deleting without using the recycle bin but be careful for what you delete

You should be able to find re cycle bin on you screen double click on it and then right click in the window and it should have they empty recycle bin words highlighted when you point to it. Then click it. It should then make all you deleted documents disappear. :)

Uh... right-click the Recycle Bin and select Empty?
Click Start. There should be an entry that says "Help and Support." Here's your clue by four.

Inside the recycle bin, click on delete all items, then it should ask you if you want to permanently delete them, click yes.
