If you are planning to leave it out in your car on a freezing night there is nothing that would help it. You stand a good chance of ruining the LCD screen.

If you just want to put a cheery winter scene over it look through the vinyl skins site for a scene you like. For about $20 here is one site's skins with winter themes: http://www.laptopskins.net/camouflage_laptop_skins.php
