set up an appointment yet with an OB. Thanks! Also I'm feeling jittery and just plain awful. :( *tear* I'm so nervous that my baby is dead and my body is reacting... I know it sounds nutty but I had a miscarriage last time so this time I'm extra super nervous.

I had nausea and hot flashes for the full nine mths. :) Of course your nervous, its okay. Dont ever hesitate to call the drs office. That is what they get paid for. No concern is silly or "nutty"

I'm assuming that your test came out positive, I know you thought you misscarried the other day.
Yes nausea and hot flashes are normal, and you may have them the entire preg, I did with my first and this go around.
If the nausea continues and you start to lose weight ask your Dr. for phenergan, it is what they gave me and I am 35 weeks and back on it, it is safe.
Good luck and I hope you feel better, just take it easy, turn the air down, put on a movie and lay on the couch, you may be spending alot of time there if you have miscarried before.

...and why haven't you made an appointment with your OB yet? Do it now.

Unless you get more symptoms, calm down, read a relaxing book or watch relaxing movies. Nausea and even hot flashes are not alarming...cramping and bleeding is a reason to get to the ER. Best of luck.

Are you cramping or bleeding? Those are the main signs of a miscarriage. I think you are fine though, nausea can hit that early, and the hot flashes are probably fine too. Try not to stress out though, that's definitely not good for the baby.

Since you have had one miscarriage your OB/GYN should get you in early, like around 6 weeks for your first ultra sound. Unfortunately nausea is part of pregnancy. Good luck to you.
