hi again lover

im also 19 as you probably know form other answers on my profile but i live in the uk and over here we are able to do evrything at the age of 18 (we are classed as of age at 18) so im guessing that in philly its 21 when you are of age?

anyways my 18th experience was basicly i got too drunk to even remember where i was or who i was and woke up the day after sat on my toilet and just throwing up evrywhere soon after waking up lol really i think coming of age dosent feel any different because i was able to get served at most bars and do basicly whatever i wanted when i was near enough old enough if you know what i mean

so i guess it probably just makes you feel more comfortuble knowing you cant get in trouble for doing 21 plus things

anyways i have always believed in living in the moment (you only live once) so enjoy the time you have now

hope this helps <3

I, such as you drank my first finished beer while i became into sixteen additionally, however the reason that i think of the eating age is 21 is via the fact your strategies isn't completely developed for many folk till everybody is approximately 21. on the same time as I additionally think of that the age would desire to be 18 that's what I heard the reason being.

My 21st birthday sucked! I had to do the obligatory visit to my parents' house, and they about fell over dead when I waltzed in wearing head-to-toe black leather, high-heeled boots, and had my hair poofed out to there! Hey, it was the eighties! They gave me the lecture about how I didn't need to become a barfly just because I was old enough (Surprise! I'd been hanging out in bars for years already!), and some money.
I was supposed to go to a famous nightclub in the state capital with friends that night (hence all the leather!). My b/f at the time was still under age, and made sure I didn't get to go! Little b*st*rd! I had told him when we started going out that on my birthday I had big plans, and he just had to live with it since he wasn't old enough yet. He started a big fight with me and it escalated into a major battle, and by the time that was all straightened out, my friends had already left, without me. I wound up looking for someplace where I could get my b/f in (it was a lot easier for a girl to find a bar to get served in than a guy!). We finally found a little hick joint with a "family room" that would allow him. Everybody there was all goggle-eyed at how I was dressed (I couldn't have looked more out of place if I'd been in a church!), and it was already past midnight. So I had to suck down a couple of drinks and split, cause they were closing. Big whoop-de-doo! Lousiest birthday I ever had! By the next year, I had (temporarily) got shed of the b/f, made up for the previous year, and then some! HA!
He continued to be the thorn in my side on and off for years, before I finally got rid of him for good, and thank God I finally did!

Since I was one of the "lucky" people who got to go out to bars when I was 18 (oh, yes, near the stone age), it really didn't bother me. Had a couple of root beer shooters (in pitchers) all night long and danced a lot. Other than that, nothing much.
