Thank you all for your answers!
With persian names, I know that people may have a hard time with pronunciation initially.
Don't you think "Saayeh" is a better spelling for this name indicating that it should pronounce as a long A ?
Well, I like to add Haleh ( Haaleh) to my list also.
As middle name, she will have his father middle name " Amiri" !

The names that sound the best in English are:
Sayeh and Sheyda, thought Helia could work too. Hastee is the fourth choice, and I think that Nazlee just sounds weird in English. Naz... is just not a very nice sound in English, and Nazlee sounds a little like Nasal-ee
The S names work well because they sound pretty in English and S names are very feminine. I like Sheyda the best because it sounds the most feminine, though Sayeh is very sweet sounding too.
I am glad that you are picking a cultural name. It is important, I think.
Good luck with your perfect name!
ps
Of your non-persian choices, I like Helena and Romina the best. Helina is ok too... to be honest, I like the name Sheyda better than all of the non-persian choices!

I would not do Hastee. She'd get called Nasty Hastee, I've no doubt.
Sayeh is pretty, but a bit difficult for an English speaker to say. She'd probably get called SAY-uh a lot (which I think is pretty, too).
Nazlee is pretty and probably what I would pick from your list.
Sheyda - not my taste.
Helia - sounds medical. not my taste.
Of the bottom names, I like Romina best. It's very pretty.
I'd go with Nazlee Romina. :)

Helena might be your best bet. The fact that you had to spell out how to pronounce each of the above names shows that your daughter will have considerable difficulty with Americans getting her name right. Better to give her a persian middle name, and an Americanized first name.
(Please dont name her Nazlee...its a beautiful name but to most Americans its going to look like 'Nazi')

I like Romina and Hastee. Have you decided on a middle name? Consider Romina Layla or Hastee Layla - I think it sounds lovely!

They are all nice. I especially like Sayeh, Sheyda, and Helena. The only ones I think sound weird to my English ears are Hastee and Nazlee. They sound really strange to me and don't roll off the tongue easily. But you should name your child whatever you like, she is unique.

I think you should perserve your heritage. I like both Sayeh and Helia. However, if you are inclined to go non persian I would go with Helena. However, I really like your other choices better. Good luck to you.

I like them all.
But how about Aneila? It's so beautiful, I see lots of Persian and Indian girls with names like it, and it sounds nice in English.

I'm so sorry but #1 sounds way too much like 'nasty' ... I would hate to imagine the playground nicknames for her!
My favorite is Helina.
