Does anybody hate the hype before an event?

Going on a works night out soon and people won't stop talking about it!

I don't think that dictates how a night out would be bad or good. I think if you already have negative feelings then that is what will make it a negative experience for you.

Almost all advertising is deceitful.
Pay no attention.

Attend and see for yourself, not that you will be disapointed however.
