I do, so long as it is fruit you can add any amount to your compost heap

yes you can...but always leave some fallen apples for the birds and deer if you're lucky enough to have them in your garden...I think they will appreciate them in the winter more than your compost heap!

Yes but always better to cut them in half or smaller pieces or they will take longer to decompose.

yes you can as the entire fruit is biodegradeable however it takes longer to break down whole so if you have time crush or chop them first.
