I have a maple sapling planted in pot on my deck, should i bring it inside for the winter?

Its only about a foot tall, its leaves are already turning red. I can't plant it in the ground because I live in an apartment.

If you live in an area of the world where trees lose their leaves in the fall and winter, I'd say bring it in. If you live in the Deep South, it should make it through the winter.
