A Good if not Screenplay, that will determine if people want to work on the film. An Investor who likes the idea and wants to give you money to make it. The big thing is MONEY. If you have the money, than you get yourself a kick *** Line Producer who knows what she or he is doing....then you go on from there, director....crew.

That is called your Pre-Production Phase...

Than you have Production Phase....Thats when you are making your film from screenplay to film.

Then lastly is the Post Production phase. Which is where Editing and Sound SFX and what ever else is needed to complete the film. This is where most of your moeny will be spent...the long hours of Editing and putting it together...

But first things first...A Good Script!

If there is a University, in the city where you live, volunteer, to work on a film project with the film department.

They often use local actors in films, or, as part of the production crew.

in order to make a film, you have to have a really strong idea do start off it. For example: World War 2. That's your base, then, to build around it, you have to create storyboards, and search through websites for extra tips and sparks that might give you more feed to add on to your base.
