The message is set by the service provider to avoid signels conjection. When the recepent dose not reply to the call even after certain rings. The service providers machine disconnects your call and sends you a auto reply. This enables the service provider to have more free lines and more calls can be made.

Else, you will receive a message "ALL LINES IN THIS ROUTE ARE BUSY PLEASE TRY AFTER SOME TIME".

Out of the calling area, the cell phone is turned off, or it ran out of pre-paid minutes. Some people never do set up voice mail. And, even if they do, they never check it. My dad & brothers are that way about their cell phones.

ok what if it is verizon prepaid? i tried calling someone it said the same thing,there is no way its cutt off because he uses his phone for everything cause he has no computer,has he by chance blocked all calls except contacts
