the fan that cools the stuff inside probably stopped working and your computer is over heating. bring it to a tech they can change the fan out

I had the same problem. The fan wasn't working properly. What I did was get some compressed air and spray this into the fan. And I kept the fan up and open so it had alot of air and was not up against anything. If that still doesn't work you could take apart the computer and clean the fan that way. Or you could do the lazy way... send it to tech support

That means that your processor is overheating. Open the case and make sure that the processor fan is spinning and also blow out any dust that has accumulated inside...especially in the heatsink on the processor.

If the fan is not spinning, or you keep getting the error contact technical support.

Also, if this is a Dell Optiplex GX270, it's the capacitors on the motherboard causing this. The motherboard needs to be replaced.
