too many great musicians.....can't just pick one....
Lemmy from Motorhead......he has a distinct voice you can recognize anywhere and he's an amazing bassist.....

Adam D. of Killswitch Engage, extremely talented guy guitar, drums(listen to Alive Or Just Breathing, he was KSE's drummer then) , producer (Underoath, Aracaia Stain, As I Lay Dying). Plus he doesn't seem to take himself too seriously. Oh yeah plus the usual suspects Dime, Zakk, Jerry Cantrell, etc,etc.
