Down there depends on what part you are talking about.
Ovarian Cancer?
Uterine Cancer?
Endometrial Cancer?
All of them can affect having children but sometimes it is still possible after successful treatment

if you get cancer "down there" they will need to remove some of your parts. they can do a cone biopsy to remove some of the tissue depending on excatly where down there your refering. make sure to get tested regularly if you believe you might have dysplasia or other things going on "down there"
