I fshe was cheating on me with anotehr guy, and I caught them....I feel sick even trying to picture my wife with another guy! I'd probably get really pissed, more than likely I'd break something, I wouldn't hurt either of them, as much as I'd want to, that's really not in my nature. I would however be out of that house fast. Later I'd probably talk to her and ask why why why?!?! Would I take her back. Absolutely not.
I know my wife and I know her feelings. If this did happen there would be no point in trying to salvage the realtionship. SHe would do this (really she wouldn't) only if there were some serious problems with me. Even then, she'd leave me before she went and screwed another dude.
If she was cheating on me with a woman, I'd watch a bit and then ask to join.

I would ask them if they were enjoying themselves and by the looks of it they were. I would tell my spouse to get the hell out and I would make it clear that I would get the house the car the kids and every possession! I would ask my spouse if sex with the other person was so good it was worth losing everything they have now!
You can't blame the person that was having sex with your spouse - your spouse knows right from wrong and it was their choice to break the vow they made to you so you have every right to screw them over every way you can but killing is not an option - do you want to spend the rest of your life in prison for your spouse- no........ Good Luck -- Get a good Attorney!

Probably pick up and throw everything in sight at the both of them while yelling every obscenity that I could think of....Then of course grab the yellow pages to call a divorce lawyer to start divorce proceedings...It is one thing to find out your spouse cheated and perhaps give them a second chance...but for me to actually find my spouse in bed with someone else...that would hurt to the core.

I would take out my cell phone and quickly and quietly and get some of it recorded on the video feature of my phone. I would then leave quietly and not say anything right away. I'd get a tape recorder, and put it in my jacket pocket, and when I saw her again I would tape a conversation in which I ask her flat out if she's cheating on my. If she lies, I will have that on tape for credibility purposes. Then I'll break out the video and show it to her, and hand her divorce papers that I had my lawyer prepare.

I would probably vomit.. turn and run..... probably drive (which may not be safe) and hopefully, I would have enough sense to go to a friend or family members house.
I could probably forgive a spouse that cheated and told me, but if I SAW it... I doubt I'd ever get over it.

You could think of attacking him, but then what about her???
It obviously isn't worthwhile, so what I WOULD do is try to remain as calm as possible, hand them their clothes, direct THEM to the door, tell her her gear will be picked up from the garage by her on the next weekend or by a rubbish truck on the Monday, tell HIM to get a medical check up in case her Herpes is flaring up again and then change the locks.

The first thing you HAVE to do is get a camera and snap a picture to use in court. Then you can follow everyone else's ideas :) Check out my blog about this at http://myexhubby.blogspot.com/
Good luck!

-if you can, take a photo of them naked
-spray their eyes with hairspray
-spray their naked bodies with paint
- remove their clothes, cut up all their clothes (so they remain naked)
-quickly leave the house and lock it up with them inside, call your friends and family to come over to witness it. Make sure your spouse's and the person's car tires are busted.

I'd start throwing his/her things out the door! Then say "get out and dont come back" :) Just try to keep calm (especially if there are kids in the relationship).
