I didn't but I imagine they showed the before and after pictures,I saw one of Jodie Marsh before she had Rhinoplastry on her nose.If you like 'now' magazine then you may also be interested in Take A Break,That's Life,Real People and Pick Me Up,it has people's real life stories which they share-just thought I would say,sometimes I get them,they're pretty interesting.

You don't need a magazine to show how much plastic surgery half of the celebs have had, just look at their tight faces and it shows.

I agree it is nasty, I guess that is what happens when you are famous and you want to look the best. I think that they are much more prettier before they get the plastic surgery.
