The Devil, the Satan or Lucifer is just a copy of Ahriman in Zoroastrianism of Persia. I do not recall Ahriman having wings. Most religions do not have devils really. Yama in Hinduism is god of death, and he has no wings. Reincarnation is part of Hinduiosm, so there is no devil. In Viking and German myths, Hela ruled the land of the unblessed dead who did not feast with Odin. She was half pretty woman and half rotting corpse. In many religions, most souls go to a neutral place, so there are no angels or devils.

No. The Devil is not mentioned in most mythology, just the Judeo-Christian one.

the devil is only a devil on monotheistic mythologies.
underworld/afterlife entities in other mythologies are not necessarily evil, devils, or anything like traditional imagery of a devil.
