Put the baby to bed and get some candles, and take a bath together with the lights off. The 3rd Anniversary tradtionally involves leather, (I am not making this stuff up either) but more modern uses glass. Include some wine with the candles in nice glasses, or at least some ice water. Ice water in an hot bath tube is nice.

well maybe you can ask your parents, close friends or relatives to watch the baby for the day.
then just spend the day with him. dress really nice, make a nice dinner, massages are fun, just spend time with him and let him know you love him.
im pretty sure he'll be happy as long as hes with you.
and happy aniversary!

Make a nice card for him expressing how much you love him, include coupons for a massage or something else he might like... Hope you're all feeling better soon.

Take him in the bedroom and give him a happy ending. I know that is what I always want on my anniversary. Congrats to you.

girl i know how it is!! trust me, been in your shoes
why don't you cook, make his favorite meal. have a candle light dinner, get the baby/kids to bed early. watch a movie at home too. do your bedroom real romantic (candles, roses, his fave lingerie items, etc) and make the best love to him!! men are physical beings, they don't get wrapped up in roses and candy and diamonds like we do. HE will greatly appreciate the sex!!

In this case I would say a little prayer to the Father and ask
Him, if He would help you out in this matter.
