Me, I'm a fan of a baked potato. I'm a little unusual in that I love mayo on mine with a bit of cheese on top.

I love potatoes!!! Baked, fried, chips, mashed. Just love em! On my baked, i either do butter and salt or add a little shredded cheese if I am in the mood.

Mashed potatoes...yummmm. It's the ultimate comfort food.
And I am sorry, but I really, really hate mayonnaise. It grosses me out.
