I think it is clear that no matter who the next president is, (Democrat or Republican) the politics of fear, raised to high art by the current administration, will be put away for a while.
It seems to me that all of the top candidates on both sides are less about controlling the people with fear to implement an agenda and more about taking the country in the direction it wants to go.
So I don't fear another Republican president, (but prefer the Democrats).
I do not fear God. As a Christian, I bask in his love. As a sinner, my sins are forgiven through Jesus Christ.
I do not fear the unknown. I fret about it from time to time. I try to make the unknown known when its possible to do so, but am not paralyzed by uncertainty.

1) Fear is a natural response to the unknown. It is just part of our human makeup. Otherwise, we would take unreasonable chances with everything,.
2) I do not fear God. I believe that God is a loving God.
3) I do not fear either Republican or Democrat as the President. I only hope we get a President from either party that will build the fence and close the border. Our country is being conquered by illegals. I have friends moving out of California that were born there because they can't take it anymore. The crime, the poverty, the schools, the Spanish only idea, the job situations, the gangs and the illegals keep flooding in. We will look back on 2007 wishing we would have stopped LaRaza.

Freedom from fear would be considered insanity. Some fears are considered rational and others irrational. Fear of God is not the same as other fear-it means have reverence and respect for God. Fear of another republican President has to do with the actions of the current President-that tax cuts for the wealthy will remain while social services for the poor and health care is neglected. That the war in Iraq will continue indefinitely. The senate passed the health care bill for children and the President has already stated that if it came to him he would veto it. That is pretty scary-denying children health care.

I don't fear the unknown, I just have a heathy respect of it, same with God, and republicans, well, I can't complain. Imagine what would happen if Al Gore or whoever the other guy was were in office. I think I would have moved to China rather than stay here.

Freedom from fear is a myth and something that doesn't exist in reality in this universe.
That is not to say we can't ignore reality and have fun anyway!
Seriously though: I fear being entrapped by a tyrannical Government put into place by those who want an all powerful entity to take care of their every need.

while i seem at answering a question, I constantly study the thought. Is freedom from concern solid? Is it functional? Is it healthful? No, no and no. concern is an incredible motivator. It protects us from harm. It leads on the path removed from discomfort. #a million "Conservatives benefit freedom from concern with the aid of the life of a solid authority," Conservatives have self belief NO such element. No genuine conservative needs larger government. As Ronald Reagan placed it. - "government isn't the answer. it is many times the subject," The solid authority is a Christian (loving and forgiving) God for my area. a solid military can help shrink concern. If used precise, it protects us from tyrants and promotes freedom for the inhabitants to develop and prosper. even though, a Godless (evil, hating and unforgiving) military, does basically the different. the suited for a real conservative is a sturdy morally uncorrupt military and as small a central authority as plausible. Liberals do not desire a solid government in this sort of a military. they desire a solid government in this sort of social courses and taxation of the wealthy. As i discussed earlier, they have self belief the lie that taxation can help the adverse. even though, once you tax the wealthy, the wealthy don't get poorer. They make their workers wotk extra stable for much less. They make their shoppers pay extra for much less. They make their shareholders earn much less on investments. in short, extra adverse everybody is created. the common guy turns right into a slave to taxation. Liberals think of it incredibly is basically nice ie We make everybody equivalent Conservatives see this as slavery. liberals do not concepts slavery as long as everybody is equivalent Conservatives do not concepts inequality, as long as they have freedom.

I don't fear the unknown, I carry a gun (thank you 2nd Amendment).
I don't fear God because I have done nothing to fear him for.
I embrace the idea of Fred Thompson being elected and will vote as such.
