excellent idea. I'm sure the Palestinians would agree.
You might have trouble convincing the Jews though.

1. You need to leave the Tanakh, Old Testament out of this unless you've studied it in some depth. Then you'd understand why certain groups of people were destroyed and it had nothing to do with the Jews deciding to massacre people.
2. If you want to talk about slaughter, please post the numbers of people killed, as you say by God via the Jews, versus the number of Jews slaughtered in crusades, pogroms and death camps. I think you'll find Jewish history is seriously lopsided, not in their favor.
3. Why do you want the Jews to move to Africa? Why don't you move the Palestiians there? The Jews have never abandoned Israel. Jewish settlements lived side-by-side in peace with Arab settlements for thousands of years. It's a Jewish state that they refuse to acknowledge.
4. When the the State of Israel was formed, the Jews did not drive the Arabs out. Instead the Arabs immediately attacked Israel and lost.
5. Where in any nation's history can you find a people attacking, losing, but being awarded the prize?
P.S. One person brought up Jerusalem. Christians want the Jews to have Jerusalem, too, because they allow us access to our holy sites. The Muslims want to kill all of us, too.
P.S.S. With all respect to Tabatha, whose answers I admire, I, too think the travel section is for travel, not politics.

The reality, however, is that, as most Israelis believe, the promised redemption will start in Israel and by Israelites (Moshiach Ben David may be either half a Jew-like I believe (Zhirinovsky)-or a Jew from both parents).

Or how about this: Let the Palestinians forget what the old warmonger Allah said and they could move to another country in the desert (it's big enough!). Then they could give the Israelis back their country and everyone lives happily ever after.
Or else they could all just learn to get on with each other.

Tabatha, the "philistines" have a continual presence their too, if you read your history books you would know that cities in the gaza strip and places like ashdod and ashkelon have been unearthed and date back to 2000bc, the same exact time that the jews came into the area.
also:
The Six-Day War (1967)--In a rapid pre-emptive attack, Israel crushed the military forces of Egypt, Jordan and Syria and seized large amounts of land from each. Iraq also participated in the fighting on the Arab side.
The Sinai War (1956) [Also known as the Suez War]--The invasion and temporary conquest of Egypt's Sinai Peninsula by Israel, while France and Great Britain seized the Suez Canal.
only the yom kippur war and the 1948 war were initiated by the native peoples.
and lastly:
the israel section on y!a is for travel, not for political discourse and general chit chat, thats why its in the travel section.

I'd be happy to debate this with you if you'd care to get your basic facts straight. The Jews have had a continuous presence in the area for close on 4000 years.
Israel does not 'slaughter' anyone - pick up a history book some time and you'll note that it's the surrounding Arab countries that on three occasions now have attacked Israel.
Why don't you post this question in the Israel section, under Travel?
Or are you just afraid you'll be revealed as the ignorant fool you truly are...?
EDMUND T
Given that you yourself often join in political debates in the Israel section, don't now be telling me it's only for travel - that is hypocritical in the extreme.

one could wish, but it's too logical.
anytime people (of any group) with strong, passionate, uncompromising feelings that boil down to, "I'm right, you're wrong" are presented with a rational solution thant even remotely implies, "well, I might have been wrong," such people refuse to swollow their pride and accomplish something.

God has already dealt with Isreal and he doesn't need any help in carrying out His plan. Thanks, anyway.
