I believe animals can tell when one is pregnant. Our dog who sleeps on the floor at the end of our bed starting jumping on our bed in the middle of the night and fell asleep between my legs, this carried on for a while until I tested positive for pregnancy. I also noticed that he stopped jumping on the bed to sleep between my legs, just to find out two weeks later that I had a miscarriage. I feel that my dog no longer felt the need to protect my anymore. So, YES, animals do know!

I've heard that too but dont know how scientific it is. Don't freak yet you could get a BFP in a couple of days. Wait a week and test again it might just be taking those hormones a little longer than you'd like! Good Luck too you!

My sister swears that her cat knew she was pregnant before she did. About four days before she found out, her cat started acting weird, meowing in her face and constantly on her. He is still doing it, and even started meowing in her face at night while she was sleeping and it would wake her up. I don't know how....or if this was all just a coincidence.
I would test again!! I hope you get you BFP!!

My grandmother seems to think so. I had a doberman, he was my baby for 8 years, he died Sept. 21st of 06 and I found out I was pregnant less than two weeks later. She seems to think he could sense the pregnancy and couldn't bear to be number 2 in my life.

Take a test! Good Luck! I don't have cats but I did notice that my Pomerania acted a little bit wired when I first got pregnant.

That may be true. My sister is pregnant and my dog sort of smells her tummy and my cats paw it relentlessly. anyways.. Good luck and let us know if you are indeed pregnant.
