Makes no sense does it. I can understand men's and women's shoes but why the sizes are different is a mystery. The width is usually very different but that could be solved by just using a width indicator. Who knows.

I don't know. I think it would simplify things greatly if they were all the same. Maybe so guys can feel more manly, because their foot is size 10 in mans size, rather than 8 in our size. Lol, who knows?

Women generally have smaller feet than men so our scale starts out smaller and women are more vain about numbers so........................
