I live in a boring neighborhood, so I do a lot of spying. I think my neighbor might be running some little drug thing. She always has random people coming and going, always carrying in and out little boxes when they leave. She's very shady.

File a report at the police department...you have to have more evidence rather than suspicion! This case is not at the level that needs to be heard by the FBI however.

Call your local police department. The FBI are not interested in the small time drug dealers....they go after the big guys.
