Losing both of my legs as without eyes you cannot see the beauty in the world. Are you chosing between a blind man and one without legs? Just wondering, as this question is in Marriage and Divorce.

No legs. The world is better equipped to help people in wheel chairs. I could get prosthetic legs or use ramps and elevators. You can even learn to drive using hand brakes and attachments in the vehicle. If I were blind I would never be able to drive, be independent, see my children grow and the world around me. I would be trapped inside my own body. I would much rather be trapped in a chair.

Both legs. Because you can get fake legs or get around in a wheel chair, and be pretty independent, but if you are blind, you are pretty much reliant on another person forever. I couldn't live without seeing my husband, children and future grand children either.
Hopefully I will suffer from neither tragedy...........

I would rather have no legs. What would be the point of even having legs if you can't see where you are walking!! Plus, you would not be able to be on Yahoo Answers!

I would rather have my eyesight. How fast could I run or walk if I couldn't see? I have watched a handicap race, and there are some great wheelchairs for handicapped people and artifical limbs.
