Well considering that prior to the attack a black was attacked at a party by a GROUP of white kids and NO charges were filed I think you're point is moot

Most likly yea, the laws of America favor the (for lack of a better expression) "poor little black kid" that was a slave an hundred years ago, I think the past should stay in the past, it shouldn't be brought back up when blacks feel the need, FYI they are just as racist as whites if not more so, they act as though we owe them something, hello they are free now, they have just as many rights as whites, women have just as many rights as men, we are equal now, why should the past be brought up every time a black gets convicted, huh, its not right, its like saying that he can do wrong and get off because if you convict him then you are racist, come on, Is this what America has come to?

Just like lethal injection is inhumane? Yea you go to sleep and don't wake up, boo hoo, that hurts, forget that this person strangled, or shot, or stabbed a man to death, cause everyone knows that thats a painless way to die right!

Yes, I suspect the so-called Jena six should have charged with one too. There are plenty of better cases for the black community to get behind and demand justice. This is not one of them. Six people beating one person into unconsciousness is attempted murder period. Even if one of them had been attacked, it doesn't excuse the behavior.

Yeah they might have. It would depend on the circumstances. The whole hate crime thing was meant to protect minorities from hate groups so I doubt they'd charge a black person with. It is kind of unfair but it doesn't really keep me up at night. If you look at the grand scheme of things black people have had some unfair stuff happen to them...

Without a doubt. On top of that, the town of Jena would have been looted and burned.

Yes they would and the "Black Leaders" would be protesting if they weren't tried as adults. I wish people would see these "Black Leaders" for what they really are, racists.
