I'm thinking about buying a stainless steel fridge and stove. Are they easy to clean? Someone told me that they show all the fingerprints? Do you like your appliances? Thanks.

Stainless does show fingerprints, and in some circumstances, can scratch. Some of the new gunmetal gray finishes somewhat look like stainless and are easier to clean.

I have all stainless in my new house. I am a bit of a clean freak and thought they might be a cleaning nightmare but I don't have an issue at all. The newer stainless polishes actually seem to deflect spots and fingerprints. My black appliances in the previous homes were so much harder to keep clean and fingerprint free. So I'm happy.

I like the look of them and I know people who have them and they are always complaining about the marks and stains on them .
Unless that you have no children at home, than they are fine! otherwise they show every fingerprints that you make .

They sell a special spray to clean them but I rather stick with the white appliances that we have.
