Once the virus is there as far as I know your are stuck with it. It's just not something that can be deleted.
You can however use one of the many security measures available. Below
Symantec/Norton are quite common.

1. Go to www.grisoft.com and type 'free' in the search box at the top.
2. Download and install the free AVG antivirus software.
3. Run the antivirus software.
4. go to www.lavasoft.com
5. download and install the free version of Ad-Aware.
If for any reason you are unable to download because of the viruses, then you will need to do the downloading somewhere else such as a friend or relative's house.

Norton, AVG , Avast are free antivirus software. Ad-aware, Ewido are free spyware removers. You can download free softwares at http://fixit.in/antivirus.html and http://fixit.in/spywareremover.html
