We are witnessing the most terrible thing happening in the history of Myanmar ( Burma ).
Burmese Buddhsit revere the robe of a monk, whoever the person is wearing, real monk or animal or enemy.
The generals have made the gravest mistake of not apologising nor communicating directly with the people, public who are their own parents.
This is totally against the culture and what Burmese Buddhsit stands for.
They will suffer for this in no time. The whole country is in tears and disbelief, anger and grief. They have shown their utmost greed and clinging to wealth and power.
In future there will be no soldiers nor military in Burma. The green color will be banned.
Yellow, saffron color of robes will dominate.

How much more terrible can it be ? Slaughtering innocent monks !
The junta is showing a total lack of humanity AGAIN !!
This is truly heartbreaking, I just pray the Burmese people have the strength and the courage to continue on. The Western world will not get involved because, of course, there's nothing in it for them economically speaking !!
God Bless them !

Horrible... I heard on the news today they have disconnected the internet hook ups and are saying that that its a damaged line out to sea, how convenient... Amazing how horribly timed that break in the line is... I hope they continue their protests and make some headway, it's clear the military rule there is concerned about their ability to stay in power...
