Well, get the floor plan and pick where you want to "junction" all your connections. (Telephone closet, back wall, etc)

Measure from that to each location you want an outlet using the plan scale and convert that to feet (or meters). Add enough cable to reach the ceiling and reach from the ceiling to the plug height. That will be the length needed for each cable.

As long as all of them are less than 100meters/300feet. You are good to go.
