if I ovulated between SEpt 18-21st... and I go into the drs office today for them to do a HCG level check, will anything show up yet if i did get pregnant???

I usually wait about 10 days after ovulation 3-4 days before my period to take a pregnancy test if I don't wait to see if my period comes. I would say if you ovulated closer to the 18th it would be more likely to show up now, closer to the 21st I would wait until the beginning of next week.

I wouldnt think so it has only been a week you will need to wait at least a couple of weeks.

way to soon its only been barely a week wait until your period is due and do a home test
