The book about relationships that is how to get a husband...does following The Rules work? Or is it sexist crap to get women playing games and trying to manipulate men?

Its ok for a guideline, but like everything else in life, you need to make sure you feel right about what your doing.

Its more about the game.

Dont hate the player, hate the game.

jeez, that was a bit eerie, i just gave 'the rules' as an answer! of course they work....you have to follow them like they were your bible, and no it isnt sexist crap....to be truthful i'm assuming you havnt read them to be asking such an inane question....it has nothing to with manipulating men in the slightest, its about being a woman with incredibly high self esteem, and having very high standards in what you want in a relationship, it weedles out the players, the losers, the no hopers and leaves you with the cream of the crop, exactly what you deserve as precious gem of a woman. and when people tell you any different, they seriously need to read the book themselves, and if they have read it, they seriously need to read it again but this time understand it! if you havent read it, i suggest you get yourself a copy, mines infront of me, like to keep it handy for the lost woman who logg on to yahoo answers with their questions on why their men treat them badly/indifferently/cheat/lie etc......

They worked on me. I wouldn't trade my girlfriend for Paris Hilton or anyone else. She makes me feels like a King and I can't do enuf for her.

Bit of both I think - although it does give SOME women empowerment, it does assume the male is of a type!
