Big deal about having different organs which are secretive at similar conditions. Socially, men-women competitive. You loose some and gain some, applies for both.

Men and women are totally different. First point, since when have men had a womb and ovaries? Next point, women tend to be lighter in weight and the third point is that a woman's brain is slightly smaller than a man's. We think differently and women can do many things at the same time whereas a man can't. When a woman has flu, she can get on with her normal daily routine. When a man has flu it nearly kills him and he has to lie in bed for days. A woman gets drunk on small amounts of alcohol and then wants to have sex with the first person that offers. Men take a much larger amount of alcohol to get drunk and then make a**holes of themselves and want to fight everybody that looks at them being an a**hole. Men think they know how to fix everything, women know they can't. women pee in shop doorways and men get the blame as they are too stupid to realise that women can also pee up walls. Men think they are well endowed and that is what humours the women all night LOL Men think they are good company, that's why women go to toilets in packs and take their drinks with them. Women prefer to party in the toilets rather than sit listening to men talking football and politics. The list of differences goes on and on and on.....

There's one very important area where men and women are very different, and that's communication within romantic relationships. And, I'll sound politically incorrect like Bill Maher here, but men are usually just plain better in this regard. Men have their problems too in this area, but most of the time, it's the woman who is the beginning and end of this problem.

Men and women are as different as night and day . Have you read the book "Women are from Venus, Men are from Mars"? When the day comes that a man can get pregnant for nine months ,give birth and care for kids 24/7, then I may re-consider.

Aside from having different sex organs, different levels of hormones, being raised in different gender roles, being influenced by differing societal expectations, having different levels of education, being raised in different environments, and having different personalities, different capabilities, different strengths and different weaknesses, yeah....we're all pretty much alike.
