No caffeine is there. If you want to lessen the amount then you need decaf coffee. There is still some in there, but not as much. Tea has less caffeine in it than coffee, and you can dfink alot of it compared to coffee.

No. But milk has nutritional content which buffers the absorption of caffeine. I find that it mellows out the 'crash'/jittery aspects but does not interfere with the caffeine high, so I generally dump a lot of half & half into my coffee.

No there is the same amount of caffeine in your cup as there was before you put the milk in. The milk doesn't react to neutralize the caffeine.

No because I was getting headaches when I didn't have my cup of coffee, so it didn't lower the caffeine for me. Now it's occasionally that I drink it and I get lightheaded. I think I have to switch to herbal teas.

Lessen the caffeine? I don't think the caffeine gets lessened. What makes you think there is less caffeine?
