What have you done?

I went into a pub last night for the first time since the smoking ban and I find it hard to believe.A few months ago the place was packed with a lot of noise and a really good atmosphere. Last night all there was were 2 or 3 half of lager know it alls putting the world tp rights and a couple of birds looking like they wished they were a zillion miles away.The smell of perfume and aftershave along with garlic and bodysweat made my stomach heave so I had the quickest drink inthe history of the world and shot of but not before the landlord ask me if I knew of anyone who wanted to buy the place. If that is the sort of envirement the non smokers want then god bless them cos they have certainly got it in spades. Give me the fag smell, Let me go back to putting the hankerchief on my shoulder to stop the lipstick and let me go home with a load on. WHAT HAVE YOU DONE?

This is not to say that all people who don't smoke are uptight, but it does seem that smokers are more fun to be around. Maybe smokers are more apt to try new things, and think for themselves rather than be followers. From my experience with nonsmokers, many of them seem to spend more of their time trying to control other people than living their own lives.

Some people have lit big structures on fire and stood by to "smell the smoke". That'll teach them they say!
