The answer must default to "uncertainty", as the other choices hold no assurance.
Pleasure will diminish or end.
Knowledge will be forgotten or proved false.
As for love, uncertainty is at its core. Is it real? It is strong enough? Can it withstand inevitable boredom or betrayal? Love is simultaneous fear and elation. Hope with a twist of doubt.
Life *is* uncertainty. It is "worth it" when we take delight in the unfathomable.

I prefer to live life straight forward , not upon hope like many of my friends do . Knowledge is something u will always need to have pleasure , ofc if your not like the guy who plays on the lotto every day , or now and then and gets lucky . But lets be serious with no knowledge ur just a retard walking around with cash in your pocket . Love is one of the utmost important things in life , without love there is no importance in live ( my opinion ) i don't know how ppl feel about it , but ime sure its something that even emos need (NO offense) . Uncertainties on the other hand are just bumps on the road , glitches implemented into our lives . Asking the 1 million dollar question about life isn't hard to answer . The only thing u need in life is will , and with will u can achieve anything . But never forget that life will always have its ups and downs so never give up , cheers !

It is the love of knowledge, but also love by itself, the pleasures as the pains (without pains we don't appreciate the pleasures), the uncertainties as well because they have pushed human beings through all history to approach knowledge.
In the end it is knowledge in all its forms: the experiential, the intellectual, the moral, the beautiful.

I believe pleasures, love and the knowledge we have to make a worthy life are important. Pleasures and i believe pain must also be considered here are the satisfaction or the hindrance of an instinct. They are not the causes of our desires but the results is. We do not desire things because they give us pleasure but because we desire them. Love is for me a vital tool for happiness. For if a person is happy, it make a person's life worthy of living. Above all these pleasures and love, knowledge plays in everything we do in life to be worthy.
A great question indeed! Have a great day.

in my idealistic opinion, knowledge leads to comfort and a clearer picture and with knowledge, true love grows stronger.
love is a pleasure of the highest kind.
during uncertainties, true love shows its resolve which leads to appreciation.
to have true love, one must be knowledgeable.
to be knowledgeable, a person must see past through superficialties and see the essence of things.
so, it is all intertwined.
what makes life worth living is purpose which is inspired by love and knowledge.
this purpose is self-worth. self worth is something an individual has when he contributes something to the society he/she cares about.
purpose may be sacrificing one's life in an unfortunate war.
the purpose may be enhancing the conditions of the society which is inspired by love and empathy.

Nothing makes life worth living.
I have pleasure & love & knowelege & uncertanty BECAUSE I live. I do not live because I have these things.
There are many things I enjoy in life, but even when I weigh my pain against the nothingness of death, life still wins.
When life is weighed in the balance, there is NOTHING on the other side of the scale.
Nothing makes life worth living.

For me the thing that makes life worth living is that I have been given an incredible opportunity (from God, or biology, or whatever) to do incredible things with my life. I have been very unhappy at points and have felt as if life is nothing but struggle and therefore not worth living, but the one thing that keeps me going is feeling that I would be spitting in God's/my creator's face by killing myself (ceasing to live) because I have the potential to be an incredible person. I strive every day to come closer to my full potential.

Life may be worth living to find out what tommorow brings and if i am involved with what the next day will bring, kinda like living for purpose.
but since i gotto choose with those i would say uncertainties because u'll never know what's next.
