When a girl has been staring at you alot, and only talks to you once and is all nice, but every other time, she acts like she hates you. Then she completely ignores you for a few weeks, then starts staring at you again. Then she starts talking to your best friend when she knows it's your friend and being all nice, even though her best friend hates your best friend.

Hello she like you , these are all signs that she likes you just wait she will ask you out very soon. If not you should ask her out. The BF are probably finding out if you are single.

Sounds like she would like to talk to you, but doesn't know how. So put her out of her misery and go talk to her, then everyone will be happy.
