After being here for a while, I've noticed a few guys saying that men are better than women(and some women who agree with them), so I'd like to find out why men are better than women.
Men have their good points and advantages, but women do as well and I don't think either gender is superior or better than the other.
Thoughts please?

Having a laugh at that bit that women hate sex because they're lousy at it.

Yeah Shingo, know what you mean.
But it doesn't really worry me if some men think this way, some women think they are superior too and honestly the whole thing is a load of baloney.
Sure, men are (sometimes) highly intelligent and physically superior compared to women & I'm not about to knock that, but as a whole, all this superior business just reminds me of white supremecy over blacks and vice-versa. There's no final solution and the genders do have more in common than they think.

We will always find things that men are 'better' at than women (and vice versa), but that does not make them 'better' in general. As has already been suggested, this discussion of which gender is better (or stronger or smarter) is ridiculous. The strength of mankind relies upon the cooperation of both genders. Where one is strong, the other is weak - and working together creates a mighty powerful thing...

We aren't! No body is a better human being then anyone else! We all have good points and bad points so there is no real way to compare. I mean the stupid stuff like physical attribute yeah men are naturally stronger then women but women can handle pain better then men so these are just differences in our genetic make up!
I have to add this for KIKI: Try telling that to my ex-wife! The only thing she did was carry my son while she was preggo and after he was born I took over! I mean I changed the diapers, cleaned the house, did the shopping, cooked, got up to feed the baby in the middle of the night while I was the one working and taking care of her on top of it! Meaning I would run her a bath and put the candles out and after she got out give her a back rub and so on! So to classify all men as being that way is just lack of knowledge just like the guy saying that men are smarter then women which to be honest I find to be the exact opposite but once again that is a generalization!

In today society with the divorce rate at the high level that it is, there would be no stigma attached to any one leaving a marriage, in my opinion if two people are not happy together and making each others life a living hell, (unless they are sadist) then they should part, because human being get set in their ways, they tend to put up with anything rather than move on, people who stay in this type of situation are foolish for for not having the courage to see what they are doing to each other is wrong, if i was in this situation then i would without a doubt call it a day, for the sake of my sanity and health.

I am increasingly persuaded by research suggesting that the male brain may, on average, be better adapted to spatial and mathematical reasoning than the female. And of course, men, on average, have greater upper body strength. Apart from that, no idea. I certain wouldn't say that men are better, per se.
EDIT
In answering your question, I neglected to say that I am also increasingly persuaded that there are tasks to which the female brain is better adapted, on average. Nevertheless, this too seems to be true.

Here I want to say clearly that some women are better than some men and some men better than some women. Its not saying ALL MEN OR ALL WOMEN are better. Its talking about some men who are great and find useless women and some women are all great and marry useless men. It works country to country place to place culture to culture and is not all the same everywhere. Get my drift

How can anyone here expect not to have conflicts, when so many of the questions just seem to BEG for it? Is it just easier to think of all the ways that we are different, than it is to communicate about what our common needs are? How can anything but a conflict through difference be sustained, if all we ever talk about are differences? I really wish more of you would concentrate on thinking about what we have in common. Things that we can find true agreement on, instead of why do you think you're better than me. That question is in itself a source of conflict.

Today, the main meaningful area where this is true is in tolerance of imperfection and direct communication in romantic relationships. Men are more likely to be straight-forward gentle giants, even when they're saddled with a woman who is naggy and indirect, which is about 3/4 of the time.

only a buffoon would make a statement like that.
no one sex is better at everything than the other. just like no one human being is better at everything than another.
those buffoons think a few qualities is all the qualities it takes to be a human being.
the same buffoons would also rate one race over another.
they're not accustomed to brain activity, is all.

We aren't. Thats just an assumption. i believe that whatever a man can do, some women can do better and vice versa. In fact i believe gender doesn't come into it at all. I just think that as long as someone can do something it doesn't matter what gender they are.
